Materials, Room, and Equipment:
The dispute resolution procedure will be simple as per Fair Work Ombudsman (fairwork.gov.au, 2020). Different stages will be offered to the participants so that taking assistance from those stages they will be able to resolve the issues or disputes they are facing. The issues would be solved in quick manners so that the organizational operational process and the employees do not suffer due to the presence of the issue. For instance, the truck designing and fleet modification is required to be taken under consideration for improvement of the productivity of the organization. It will be effectively solved if the communication between employees is enhanced and conflicts are resolved. This process would be fair. For instance, all the employees tht relates to the conflictual situation will be consulted in this resolution process and the process will be transparent. On the other hand, confidentiality about the conflicts or issues will be maintained. For instance, the lack of performance efficiency of a person will not be highlighted.
The dispute resolution procedures will be related to three legislative enforcement including Fair Work Act 2009, Workplace Relations Act 1996 and the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (fairwork.gov.au, 2020). The Fair Work Act regulations will ensure that the process of conducting the training program is unbiased. Workplace Relations Act will ensure neutralization of the conflicts. All the employees will be treated in a similar way which is required to be maintained throughout the training and everyday workplace situation (researchonline.mq.edu.au, 2020).
Consultation of the external specialist will be documented within training program recording papers and will be signed by the specialists.
If an employee fails to follow the agreements and procedures, the senior management is required to middle the procedure and carefully listen to the statements of the employees. If the senior manager cannot resolve the issues after consulting with the employee, national officers are to be given the responsibility to resolve the dispute. It can be stated that the conflicts will be resolved with the help of another person within the workplace.
